Submitting your Abstract
Please ensure that your presentation fits directly with the conference themes.
The closing date for abstracts was Thursday 1st December, 2011 - abstract submissions have now closed.
If you wish to submit an abstract for consideration, please download the Guidelines for Presenters and Chairs and the Abstract Template at the bottom of this page and ensure that you comply with these guidelines. We will select Session Chairs from accepted abstracts and conference panel members. Please indicate your willingness to chair a session on your abstract form. For more guidence on abstracts, please see the'How to write an Abstract' factsheet below.
Standard presentations will be 20 mins in length, plus 5 mins for questions. All presentations will be assigned to a session by theme.
All abstracts must be submitted using the Abstract Submission Form (download below) and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
There is scope for a limited number of specialist panel presentations. If you are interested in proposing a panel presentation, please contact us directly by 1st October 2011.
Acceptance of an abstract does not confer any monetary assistance to attend the conference, and all expenses, travel, accommodation and registration fees must be met by the individual.
